All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry findings, beads, wire, or other supplies due to hygiene and quality standards.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase through our secure checkout. We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout.

Shipping

Eligible U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground with tracking. Packages include insurance up to $100. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $195.

Refunds

Because all sales are final, refunds are not available for change-of-mind orders. Issues with defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled per our returns policy.

Cancellations
