Shipping Policy
We ship eligible U.S. orders via USPS Ground with tracking. Insurance up to $100 is included on covered shipments.
Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $195 (before tax, where applicable).
Shipping method
- Domestic orders use USPS Ground for reliable, cost-effective delivery within the United States.
- Tracking is provided so you can follow your package after it leaves our facility.
Insurance
- Eligible packages include USPS insurance up to $100 at no extra charge.
- Orders exceeding $100 in declared value may require additional insurance — contact us before ordering if you need higher coverage.
Tracking & delivery
- Tracking details are sent when your order ships. Updates are provided by USPS after handoff.
- USPS Ground typically delivers in 3–8 business days, depending on destination. Peak seasons and weather may cause delays.
Package responsibility
- Once your package is accepted by USPS, transit handling and delivery are governed by USPS terms.
- Loss, theft, or damage in transit should be reported to USPS per their claims process, using your tracking number and documentation.
Exclusions
- Free shipping and standard ground service apply to qualifying contiguous U.S. addresses unless noted at checkout.
- International, expedited, and specialty methods are not covered under this policy unless explicitly offered.
