We offer USPS Ground shipping with tracking and insurance on all eligible U.S. orders.

Shipping Method

  • All shipments are processed using USPS Ground service, which provides reliable and affordable delivery within the United States.
  • USPS Ground shipping includes tracking so you can monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

Insurance

  • Each package shipped using USPS Ground is automatically insured up to $100. This coverage is included at no extra cost and provides peace of mind in case of loss, damage, or theft during transit.
  • Please note that the insurance coverage is limited to a maximum of $100 per shipment. If the value of the goods exceeds $100, additional insurance coverage can be purchased at an extra cost.

Tracking

  • Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This tracking number allows you to track the status of your package at any time via the USPS website or through their customer service.
  • It is important to note that tracking updates are provided directly by USPS. We are not responsible for any delays or issues with tracking once the package is in USPS’s possession.

Package Responsibility

  • Once your package is handed over to USPS for shipment, we are no longer responsible for the package.
  • Any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the package is handed to USPS will be subject to the terms and conditions of USPS’s insurance policy. If there is any issue with your shipment after this point, you must file a claim directly with USPS.

Delivery Times

  • USPS Ground delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Please be aware that delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Claims Process

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact USPS directly to initiate a claim for the insured amount.
  • USPS requires specific documentation and evidence to process claims. Ensure you keep all receipts, tracking information, and relevant details for faster resolution.

Exclusions

  • This shipping method is only available for domestic orders within the contiguous United States.
  • International shipping, expedited shipping, and other methods are not covered under this policy.
